You may also consider a facilitated two-hour Change Kick-off session to develop your change approach, your compelling case for change, high-level change impact, and next steps.
One-on-one training (6–8 hours) is aimed at those wanting to move into the change arena. It is more intensive and also deep dives into change frameworks, change artifacts and setting up a change practise.
You will be provided with simple-to-use templates, a step-by-step guide to implementing OCM, and I can also provide you with an agreed number of change support hours when and if required.
